01
The deal
How does the 50/50 split work?
Revenue from your clients is split 50/50 between you and Oanie, after the shared running cost. Clients pay your own Stripe account (or your bank), so the money arrives with you first. Oanie's half is settled on a regular statement and never appears on your client's receipt.
What is the shared running cost?
Running a client costs roughly 10% of revenue: payment fees, AI usage, telephony, hosting and email. We split that cost 5/5, so you carry about 5% and Oanie carries about 5%. Neither side subsidises the other.
Is there a setup fee, a monthly fee or a seat fee?
There's no setup fee and no seat fee: invite your whole team. Every partner pays a flat platform fee of $500 a month, on top of the 50/50 split. It keeps hosting, the AI team, the dialer, backups, updates and support running for your agency and your clients. At standard list prices, about 5 Growth clients cover it.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You set every package price in your own currency, at or above a platform floor that protects both sides from a race to the bottom. The standard list prices are a starting point; many markets can charge more.
Who owns the client?
You do. The contract, the invoice, the brand and the relationship are yours. Oanie is your software vendor, not your client's.
Can I leave?
Yes. Your clients, your Stripe account and your domain are yours. There's no lock-in.
02
Getting started
Who is a good fit?
Agency owners, freelance designers, ex-sales people and local-business consultants who already have relationships in their market and want a real product to sell. You don't need to code; the platform is the code.
What do I need to bring?
A registered business in your country; the application adapts its legal questions to that country. You'll also need a Stripe account and a phone provider account (Twilio or Telnyx) in your company's name, a sending domain for email, and the people who will sell.
How long until I can sell?
The application takes about 10 minutes and we reply within 3 business days. After approval, most of setup is filling in your brand and connecting your accounts, which is usually an afternoon. Your first free previews can go out the same week.
Is my country supported?
If Stripe works in your country and your market speaks one of our seven languages (Polish, English, German, Spanish, French, Italian or Ukrainian), yes. For another language, say so in your application; we add languages as partners arrive.
Is there one partner per country?
Not always. Smaller markets usually have one partner. Large ones like the United States already have several, each with its own brand and focus. Tell us in the application which market and which kind of client you want.

The product
Will my clients see the Oanie name?
No. Sites, portal, emails, invoices and the admin your team uses all carry your brand and your domain.
How good are the AI-built websites?
See for yourself: every partner site in our partner gallery was built on the platform. Each preview is reviewed by an automated design check, and anything below the bar is rebuilt before it can be sent.
Who supports my clients?
You do, as their agency: they reach your brand, your inbox and your phone number. You reach Oanie for anything about the platform. We run the servers, fix problems and ship updates, so what you support is the relationship, not the technology.
How are invoices and VAT handled?
Invoices are issued by your company, in your client's language and currency, with your VAT settings. Your country's standard rate, a custom rate, VAT-exempt and VAT-inclusive pricing are all supported, and reverse charge applies automatically where it's due.
Do you train my team?
Yes. The Academy has sales courses, your own lessons, a practice pipeline, and scored call roleplays where reps rehearse objections before they call real businesses. Partners can require the closer certificate before promotion.
Where do the leads come from?
From public business listings (maps and regional directories) collected under each source's rules. Personal data follows GDPR/RODO retention rules.
What do “Beta” and “Rolling out” mean on your site?
Beta means you can use it today, with rough edges and our team watching it closely. Rolling out means it's built and switching on in stages. Everything else marked Live is in production for every partner.
04
Career path
Can someone on my team become a partner?
Yes, that's the point of the career path. A closer can become a Manager and then a Regional Partner with their own agency on Oanie. Promotions are based only on real, paid sales, and the promotion itself is free. As a Regional Partner they pay the standard $500 a month platform fee, and their client revenue is split 50% to them, 25% to Oanie and 25% to you as their sponsor, in the quarters when your own agency is active. See the career path page for the full rules.
Is anyone paid for recruiting?
No. Nobody is paid for bringing people in, and nobody pays to join or to rank up. Every reward, including a sponsor's share, is a share of paid, non-refunded sales to outside customers.
