Career path
Rolling out country by countryA sales career that can end in your own agency.
The best regional agencies are built by people who learned to sell in someone else’s. The Oanie career path makes that explicit: Closer, then Manager, then Regional Partner running an agency of your own. Every step is earned the same way, by selling to real customers who pay and stay.
The ladder
Three ranks. One way up.
- Rank 1
Closer
- What you do
- You sell websites and growth packages to local businesses, using Oanie's leads, previews and dialer.
- How you’re paid
- The standard plan: 100% of the package price (excluding the AI credits it includes) for each new customer’s first month, 50% of the one-off website amount you choose (nothing if the website is free), and 10% of that customer’s later package invoices. All on paid invoices, excluding VAT; your partner can set different rates within Oanie’s limits.
- How you move up
- A set number of counted deals, sometimes inside a time window. Your partner can also require the Academy closer certificate.
- Rank 2
Manager
- What you do
- You lead a small team: coach them, review their calls and keep the pipeline moving, while still selling yourself.
- How you’re paid
- Your own commission, plus a one-level override on your direct reports’ sales: 10% by default of each new customer’s first package month, the website amount and later package invoices. A closer’s recurring rate plus the Manager’s override can never exceed 20% together.
- How you move up
- Team production held for consecutive months, plus mentees who are certified and closing on their own, plus a minimum time as Manager.
- Rank 3
Regional Partner
- What you do
- You run your own independent agency on Oanie, with your own brand, market, clients and team.
- How you’re paid
- Like every Oanie partner, you pay a flat $500 a month platform fee. As a promoted partner with a sponsor, your client revenue is split 50% to you, 25% to Oanie and 25% to your sponsoring partner for each quarter in which the sponsor is itself active; in other quarters that 25% is yours (see below). Partners who join directly have the standard 50/50 split.
- What changes
- The top of the path. The promotion itself is free. From your third quarter as a Regional Partner, you're expected to close at least 100 paid first sales to new clients each quarter. If you fall short, you get a written warning and 30 days to catch up; after that you become a standard partner and keep your clients, team and brand.
The one rule
Only real sales count. Nothing else ever does.
Counts toward rank
- A paid invoice from a real outside customer
- Past the refund window (30 days by default)
- Never refunded or reversed
- Sold within your own partner's business
Never counts
- Recruiting, sign-ups or team size
- Any fee, kit, course or subscription paid by a rep (there are none)
- Purchases by you, your family, your own companies or your teammates
- Unpaid, partly paid or test invoices
Sales to related parties are detected automatically: tax IDs, company email domains, phone numbers and addresses are matched against the rep, the rep’s declared related parties and the whole team. A sale to yourself, a teammate or your own partner pays no commission and never counts toward rank; a match on a teammate’s declared related party is held until an admin reviews it.
How it works
Fair by construction, not by promise.
- 01
The system proposes; people decide
When someone qualifies, Oanie proposes the promotion and freezes the evidence behind it. The partner's owner approves a new Manager. Oanie HQ approves a new Regional Partner. Nobody can approve their own promotion or the promotion of someone above them.
- 02
Progress you can see
Every closer has a live path: counted deals, deals still inside the refund window, what's left for the next rank, and their Academy progress, which links straight to the next lesson.
- 03
A leaderboard with privacy
Teams can compete on real, counted sales. Anyone can hide their name from the leaderboard; they still see themselves.
- 04
Refunds are handled fairly
A refund or credit note within 90 days of payment takes back the commission and any override paid on it, in proportion, and removes the deal from the count. A refund after a promotion flags the evidence for a person to review; nobody is demoted automatically.
- 05
A clean hand-over
When a Manager becomes a Regional Partner, their open leads return to the old team and their direct reports stay with the old partner. Past commissions stay where they were earned.
- 06
Rules each partner sets, within limits
Each partner tunes the thresholds for their market, starting from Oanie's standard rules. Hard ceilings are built into the platform: the Manager override can never exceed 20%. The revenue split for a promoted Regional Partner is set by Oanie HQ, not by partners.
For partners
When a seller you trained opens their own agency.
Training a great seller is real work. When a Manager from your team is promoted to Regional Partner, your agency receives a sponsor share: 25% of the new agency’s paid client invoices, net of VAT and credit notes, with no end date. It is paid only for calendar quarters in which your own agency closes at least 100 paid first sales to new clients itself. In any other quarter that 25% goes to the new agency instead, and it is never paid later.
The share comes only from the new agency’s real client revenue, never from anything it pays, and it is clawed back if an invoice is refunded. It covers only the agency you sponsored directly, never agencies it sponsors in turn. The new agency always keeps 50%, and Oanie takes 25% in place of the standard 50%.

Straight talk
No income promises. Real numbers instead.
We won’t tell you what you’ll earn, because it depends on your market, your effort and your clients. Instead, once a rank has enough people to be meaningful, the platform produces an earnings disclosure for it. It covers the last twelve full months of actual sales earnings, and shows the median, the middle range and the share of people who earned nothing. Ranks with fewer than five people stay private to protect individuals.
The career path is being switched on country by country, after legal sign-off for each market. Until then, partners can preview their team’s progress without any promotions or overrides taking effect.
