You run a digital agency under your own brand in your own market. Oanie supplies the whole stack underneath, from leads to invoices, for a flat $500 a month plus half of what your clients pay. Here is exactly how that works, what you need, and what your first month looks like.
The deal
Revenue from your clients is split 50/50. Running a client costs about 10% of what they pay: card fees, AI usage, phone lines, hosting and email. We share that cost 5/5, so neither side subsidises the other.
On top of the split, every partner pays a flat $500 a month for the platform, so hosting, the AI team, the dialer, updates and support keep running whatever your month looks like. There is no setup fee and no charge per seat. At list price, 5 Growth clients cover the platform fee.

How money moves
Step 1
By card through your own Stripe account, or by bank transfer, local methods included. The invoice, receipt and reminders all carry your brand.
Step 2
Stripe pays out to your bank on its normal schedule. Oanie never holds your money, and your client never sees our name on a receipt.
Step 3
Oanie's half, net of our share of the running cost, is settled on a regular statement built from your paid invoices. Every line is visible to you.
What you need
A company or sole trader in your country. The application asks for the right legal details for your country: registry numbers, VAT and address.
In your company's name. You paste your key once; Oanie connects it and runs a test payment so you know it works before a real client pays.
Twilio or Telnyx, in your name. Your numbers stay yours, and your reps call from the browser.
Brevo, SendGrid or Google Workspace on your domain, so every email comes from you and builds your sending reputation.
OpenAI and OpenRouter accounts for voice and chat. The welcome checklist walks you through both, and you get free voice-trial minutes while you set up.
Yourself, or a team of setters and closers. Oanie gives them the tools and the Academy, but it doesn't replace sellers.
Apple and Google developer accounts, only if you want to sell clients their own store app.

Every application is read by the Oanie team, not scored by a bot. We may ask a question or two by email or a short call.
Phase 3
Minutes after approval
Oanie creates your partner account and your first addresses, starts building your agency's own website, and emails you a secure link to set your password.

Your first afternoon
Work through the setup checklist in your admin, which saves your place as you go.
Phase 5
Days 2–7
Your agency site is built on a private staging address; you review it, Oanie publishes it to your domain, and Launchpad adds a self-serve sign-up funnel. Meanwhile your team picks a city and trade and sends the first free previews.
Phase 6
Weeks 2–4
Proposals, e-signatures and first invoices. Each new client moves into their own portal, and their site goes live on their own domain.
